DataEast Trouble Reporting Overview

Our Trouble Reporting application allows you to enter the system and maintain subscriber trouble information. It allows the user to design trouble tickets containing user-defined codes such as source, report, schedule, appointment, test, fault, cause, plant class, plant item, plant usage, manufacturer, weather, action taken, completion, and employee number codes. The Trouble Reporting system tracks the trouble from start to completion and produces full analysis reports.
