DataEast Service Order Overview

Our Service Order application is a one-step process used by service representatives while in direct contact with subscribers. Our control record driven screen progression provides information necessary to complete any type of service order. The application has multi-user capabilities for entering new subscriber records or maintaining existing records. The application allows complete on-line access to subscriber information along with maintenance and updating of line card information (cable pairs and central office equipment). Because of the integrated database, data files are updated automatically via Service Orders.
