General PlantTrouble Reporting
Our General Plant application is comprised of control records for cable information, terminal information and central office information. The cable control records allow the user to define cables and determine available pairs by cable. The terminal records allow the user to define a terminal, its physical location, cables that feed the terminal, cable pair count for auto assignment by hierarchy, and distance to the previous terminal. The central office portion provides for central office inventory including relay racks, frames, any carrier equipment and control equipment, plug-in cards, etc. all in complete detail.

- Interface into billing, service order, and trouble applications.
