Our Customer Billing application generates billing charges by utilizing the toll call charges, subscriber local service charges, and associated adjustments. The applicable taxes are calculated for any of the charges that have been designated as taxable through user defined tax profiles. The system allows for tax-exempt subscribers and elements. The system will also accommodate and calculate local service charges for both individual and group-designated subscriber telephone numbers, prorate where appropriate, and bills in advance or arrears. Internet billing is easily processed within the system. We generate 8-1/2" X 11" customer statements that allows for high flexibility in a variety of formats.
